• The Silver Goose CANNOT ship to PO boxes.
• Shipping fees are calculated on your order total:

Payment Information

• All Internet orders must be prepaid.
• The Silver Goose accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
• Engraving on monogram items is included in the price of the item. There is a $4 additional charge to engrave a date.
• Bridal and Corporate discounts are available for orders of 12 pieces or more. Please contact us for more information.

• All monogrammed items are non-refundable.
• Non-monogrammed items may be exchanged for other merchandise or returned for a credit within two weeks of the receipt of items.

Repair Policy

• We will gladly repair defective items free of charge when returned to us within two weeks of purchase. All other repairs will be made at the customer's expense.
